Job Title: Personnel Officer: Nigeria

Appointment to this position requires an energetic, assertive person who holds at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a Higher National diploma in Personnel Management or Industrial and Labour relations coupled with HR experience, preferably gained within a retail environment. Exceptional organizational and people skills, combined with willingness to work retail hours, are of prime importance.

Applicants must have a, valid driver's license, as extensive travelling within Nigeria is involved. In addition to staff training, recruitment and selection, the appointee's job will include industrial relations, personnel administration, as well as productivity management/control.
