JOB VACANCY: FINANCE / ADMIN OFFICER
The Finance / Admin Officer shall report to the Chairman / CEO and have the following key responsibilities:
Ensuring that relevant financial reports are up to date and are presented on time to the Chairman /CEO.
Liaising with Banks, Clients and other regulatory bodies and ensuring that the company is up to date with statutory requirements.
Performing all other finance and administrative functions within the purview of financial planning, internal control and prudent resource management.
Developing a sound accounting management and administration procedure for the company and ensuring that accounts operations and financial control are prepared and following through with their implementation.
Seeing to the daily book keeping functions of the company and promote fiscal discipline and optimum utilization of resources.
The candidate who should be between the age of 35 and 45
Excellent oral and written communication skills and good presentation essential.
Must possess a B.Sc / HND degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Admin or any other numerate discipline from a reputable institution.
Must have minimum of 5years professional experience and demonstrable ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel and Accounting software will also be required.
