Job Title: Branch Managers

Job Description

  • To develop a global view of a location and prepare business growth plan suitable for such area and its environs
  • Achieve satisfactory budget performance monthly.
  • Maintain the branch at approved expenditure level as determined by management
  • To act as representative of management in the branch as to the implementation of company’s policies, objectives and goals
  • Responsible for the administration and supervision of branch staff and bank facility.
  • To appraise the performance of the branch staff in a timely and fair manner.
  • To prepare the budget for the branch in each financial year
Qualification and Experience
  • A good degree in any relevant discipline
  • Post NYSC banking experience of 5 - 7 years with an emphasis on sales/Marketing of property sales and deposit mobilisation
  • Mortgage experience shall be of great advantage
  • Proven successful supervisory, administrative and analytical skills
  • Vast understanding of mortgage business in general
  • Knowledge of banking operations and ethics
  • Marketing/sales skill in a financial/mortgage Bank is required.
  • Masters degree (M. A.) or equivalent is an added advantage;
  • Not above 35 years of age

  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

Job Title: Head, Internal Auditor

Location: Lagos
Job Description

  • To carry out an independent and objective evaluation of the Bank’s operations and corporate governance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with banking standards and on problems which requires trengthening of internal controls;
  • To set control procedures, thorough inspections and fraud detection.
  • Ensure the system of authorization and recording procedures are adequate to provide reasonable accounting control over assets, liabilities, income and expenses;
  • Reviews cash control procedures and monitors safeguarding of assets;
  • To carry out regular reviews of operations to ensure error and fraud free transactions
  • To carryout detailed investigation and assignments
Qualification and Experience
  • A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or its equivalent
  • Professional qualification in ACCA/ACA.
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant post NYSC experience
  • Minimum of 5 years on management level in a structured organisation
  • All applicants for the above position must be computer literate.
  • A Masters Degree will be an added advantage.
  • Not more than 4oyears old
  • Analytical abilities, experience and detailed audit and control duties
  • Must be experienced in setting control process, inspection and detection of system lapses and/or fraud

Job Description

  • Responsible for mapping out strategies of marketing) promote the Bank’s product/services and implementation thereon.
  • Deposit Mobilisation.
  • To enhance the profitability of the branch.
Qualification and Experience
  • A good degree in any relevant discipline
  • Post NYSC marketing experience of 3-5 years in banking/mortgage institution.
  • Marketing/sales experience in a banking/mortgage institution is required.
  • Master’s degree (M. A.) or equivalent could be added advantage;
  • Must be a member of Nigeria Institute of Marketing
  • Mortgage experience shall be of great advantage
  • Proven marketing success and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of banking operations and ethics
  • Not above 30 years of age
